Mindful Walks around London and Beyond
I’m passionate about the City and love finding oases of urban serenity, be they places, spaces or just somewhere nice to have a cup of tea. Its a form of decompression and I always encourage clients to step away from the office too when possible. Going on a short walk gives me time to think. Seeing something new and interesting refreshes me, it could be noticing something different about the architecture or the leaves changing colour or a new piece of street art. Most importantly, it gives me time for myself, that precious commodity we all search for. I’ve written about some of the walks that I love taking. I hope you might enjoy them too.
